About My Work

I became a designer because I wanted to make a positive impact, solve problems and make the world more intentional and cool looking. I got my chops in branding, publication design and then really grew them in advertising. Learned how to generate idea after idea on the fly, collaborate, design sites, build brands. And after rising in the ranks, I found myself wanting to do work that was more valuable and useful. So I shifted into UX/UI and found my perfect fit.

One thing I like about UX is not knowing. The user is the expert and has the answers. It’s my job to understand them. Reading body language, intently listening, being persuasive, and empathizing are all part of my design toolkit. 

I’ve worked for agencies like Ogilvy, Publicis, Havas and Digitas, with startups like HelloFlo, Brandless and Bullish, nonprofits and mid-size companies like Access Nursing Services and Civil Eats, and corporations like American Express, Bertolli, GlaxoSmithKline and Hershey’s.
